Legacy of Founder Late Shri Satya Narain Jangid

Shri Satya Narain Jangid, a resident of Bisau in Jhunjhunu district, was instrumental in the success and progress of M/s Rajasthan Processors. At the age of 50, he had acquired extensive technical experience, especially in developing new designs in machine building. His career included working with advanced machine-building technology at M/s General Engineering (USA-based) in Dubai and Saudi Arabia for five years.

After leaving M/s General Engineering, Shri Jangid applied his gained expertise to the development of stone processing machinery, specifically for marble and granite. The machinery he developed, including granite block cutters, diamond wire saws, hydraulic jacks, and derrick cranes, was previously imported from foreign countries. His innovations are now essential in various operations such as mining, block dressing, and diamond gang saws for processing marble blocks.

Shri Jangid's contributions went beyond merely designing these machines. He identified and addressed key operational issues that were prevalent with the older machines, which required frequent maintenance. His improvements significantly increased trouble-free operational hours, reducing the dependency on mechanical workshops. This, in turn, lowered the manpower required, enhanced productivity, and increased profitability. His work saved the country considerable foreign currency by replacing the need for imported machinery with locally developed technology.
